Stress and anxiety can leave you feeling constantly on edge, overthinking, or unable to relax — even when everything outside seems fine. In our sessions I help calm your nervous system while gently addressing the underlying causes. Hypnotherapy guides your mind into deep relaxation where it can reset and let go of built-up tension. EMDR processes experiences keeping your system stuck in alert, while EFT offers a simple way to reduce anxiety in the moment. CBT and coaching help you understand and shift the thought patterns that drive worry.

Hormonal changes, particularly during midlife, can impact how you feel both physically and emotionally — increased anxiety, disrupted sleep, hot flushes, low mood, or simply not feeling like yourself. My approach is supportive and tailored to you. Hypnotherapy helps restore calm, improve sleep, and regulate emotional responses, while CBT and coaching provide clarity and practical tools. EFT helps in moments of overwhelm, and EMDR can address past experiences contributing to how you feel now. A space to feel heard, supported, and gently guided back to balance.

Confidence

Low confidence often develops over time, shaped by past experiences, self-doubt, or negative beliefs that have become ingrained. Together we work at both the subconscious and conscious level. Hypnotherapy accesses and updates those deeper beliefs, EMDR helps process earlier experiences, and CBT and coaching build new, supportive thought patterns. This isn't about changing who you are — it's about helping you become more fully you, without the self-doubt.

Smoking & Vaping

My successful stop-smoking/vaping programme works at the root of the pattern. Through hypnotherapy I work with the subconscious to break the automatic associations that keep the habit in place, so you leave the session feeling like a non-smoker. The personalised two-step process: first we talk through your specific habits, triggers and associations; then I guide you into hypnosis to gently reprogram those subconscious habits. A one-off session — with a free top-up within six months if needed.

Phobias

Phobias can feel intense and overwhelming, triggering reactions out of proportion to the situation. Using a combination of hypnotherapy, EMDR, and gentle rewind-style techniques, I help your brain safely reprocess the fear and disconnect it from the trigger so your nervous system responds calmly instead of going automatically into panic. EFT reduces the physical response, and CBT reinforces a new, calmer way of thinking. Many clients find that what once felt frightening becomes manageable — or even completely neutral.

Whether it's nail biting, skin picking, overeating, or other unwanted behaviours, habits are driven by the subconscious mind and often linked to stress, comfort, or routine. Rather than relying on willpower, we change the pattern beneath the behaviour.     Intake & Assessment

    Built into your first session

    We explore your history, triggers, goals and what you'd like to be different. I explain how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions before we begin.

  3. 03

    First Session

    75–90 minutes

    After assessment, I guide you into your first hypnotherapy experience — gentle, relaxing, and tailored to your goals. Most clients leave feeling noticeably calmer.

  4. 04

    Follow-Up Sessions

    60 minutes · usually 3–6 in total

    We build on the work, deepening the change at the subconscious level and adding practical tools (EFT, CBT, coaching) to use between sessions.
